REASON – The Holy Spirit’s Purpose 

 

Foundation stone for Divine Healing

For reasons of understanding and 

Receiving Holy Spirit’s healing for your life 

Read all of this chapter slowly and repeatedly 

Digest it. Contemplate on it.

 

Understanding Holy Spirit’s Purpose 

 

1. The part of the mind where Reason lies 

• Was dedicated to the Holy Spirit’s Purpose 
• Which is the undoing of insanity 
• Here the Holy Spirit’s Purpose is at once 
• Accepted 
• Accomplished 
• Reason is alien to insanity

  

2. KNOWLEDGE is far beyond attainment of any kind 

• KNOWLEDGE IS Truth 
• Knowledge has no levels, never changes 
• But Reason can serve 
• To open doors you closed against Knowledge  

• Faith & belief upheld by Reason 
• Cannot fail to lead to changed Perception 
• Thus making room for Vision

 

3. Reason cannot see sin 

• But Reason can see errors 
• Reason leads to correction of errors 

• Reason does not attack 
• But replaces madness quietly

  

4. The Power to heal God’s Son is given you 

• Because he must be one with you 
• You are responsible for how he sees himself  

• It is given you to change his whole mind 
• - Because it is one with yours -
• In just an instant 
• To bring complete correction of his errors 
• To make him whole again 

• The instant you choose to let yourself be healed 
• In that same instant is his whole salvation 
• Seen as complete with yours 
• Because you are One holy Mind, One holy Self 
• One with all your brothers & with all creation

 

Because I live ye shall live also 

Jesus – John 14:19 – 

 

And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; 

and I am glorified in them 

Jesus – John 17:10 - 

 

And for their sakes I sanctify myself, 

that they also might be sanctified 

through the truth 

Jesus – John 17:19 -

  

That they all may be one; 

as though, Father, art in me, and I in thee, 

that they also may be one in us 

Jesus – John 17:21 - 

 

And the glory which thou gavest me 

I have given them; that they may be one, 

even as we are one: 

I in them, and thou in me, 

that they may be made perfect in one 

Jesus – John 17:22-23 -

  

5. That you and your brother are joined is the gift of Heaven 

• The Son of God is always blessed as One 
• Your mind and your brother’s are One 

• From loving minds 
• There is no separation 
• Every thought of Love & Truth 
• Brings gladness to the other because they are the same

  

6. Joy is unlimited 

Because each shining thought of Love 

Extends its being & creates more of itself 

 

Every thought IS like itself!

  

The sower soweth the word (thought) 

Jesus – Mark 4:14 - 

It is like a grain of mustard seed 

When it is sown, it growth up 

Jesus- Mark 4:31-32

 

7. The Light that joins you & your brother 

• Shines throughout the universe 
• And because IT joins you and him 
• So IT makes you and him one with your Creator 
• And in HIM is all creation joined

 

8. Holy Spirit’s Purpose is to link to Christ

  

• 1. The Christ and His Father never have been separate 
• Christ abides within your understanding 
• In the part of your mind that shares His Father’s Will

•  2. The Holy Spirit links the other part 
• - The tiny, mad desire to separate – 
• To the Christ, to make Oneness clear 
• To what is really One

•  3. The Holy Spirit serves Christ’s Purpose in your mind 
• That errors can be corrected where error lies 
• All error is of the mind 
• All sickness is of the mind 
• Only the mind must be healed

 4. The Holy Spirit knows the Will of God 

And what you really will 

Oneness unites all things within Itself
